An early morning crash occurred in the West End on Wednesday. Around 4:30am, two cars crashed on I-75 near the Ezzard Charles overpass causing one of them to flip over. Two semi trucks then struck the wreck breaking one of the trailers open and spilling a large amount of paint on the road.
Only one woman was injured in the crash. Her injuries were not considered life threatening. However, her condition and extent of injury were not reported. A Haz Mat unit was called to the scene to check on the paint spill.
